I really hate to leave a bad review but Consumers beware! We had gotten a quote that was the best price with B-Rite and they are a smaller company. Decided to make an appointment. I had to reschedule that original date. Was supposed to be here at 9am this morning. He didn’t show. At 9:40am I called the phone number to make sure he was still coming. He said he was running late and it would be about 30 minutes before he got here. It is now 12:20pm and I am still here waiting. No calls, no texts. Everyones time is valuable. I w... read more
They just replaced my windshield on my Subaru Outback. They did an AMAZING JOB! Very polite, very professional, very easy to work with. I give them a 10 out of 10! plus the cost was AMAZING! I truly believe in supporting local businesses! If you have need for auto glass repair, give them a call!
I got a flat tire right next to this shop. I pulled in there and was going to change my tire. Before I could even begin to change it, the B-rite guy pulled in to the lot and said "pull it up here and we will get it changed." He changed my tire in no time. And I was on my way to get some new tires. He didnt ask for any money and when I tried to give him some, he gave it back to me. Said he saw my license plates and thanked me for what I do for people. I now have had two windshields replaced here. Friendly and honest people. The best price I found in the area. The first windshield was in an older model truck had the new in and replaced with in 2 days of calling him. My second windshield was in a newer car called him at 4 pm and the next day my windshield was replaced, my appointment was at 10 am and I left his shop at 10:35 am. I could not be happier with the people, price, service and quality I have received here! Thank you guys for the fast friendly service.
