Thank goodness for B&R and AAA!!! Without thinking, I shut the door to my running van with 2 dogs inside. I always-always crack a window, just in case...except this one time! Of course the dogs stepped on the power lock & were stuck!! Called AAA who sent B&R out. They were there in no time and were so friendly and helpful! Saved the day!!
I’m a hot shot Amazon delivery driver. I get a flat tire in my rental and Hertz took 25 mins on phone to dispatch. I lost my mind until Austin showed up. The professional and quick tire change got me back on the road and all my 2 hour food deliveries were met.. thanks so much. We had a very unique situation. Our vehicle was driven off the edge of our driveway, teetering on only two wheels. After some real head scratching, B&R was able to get it off the wall without further damage to the vehicle. Can’t say thank you enough! Great job!

The crew at B&R Services has given my ride a lift — twice (so far). The first time, the driver and service made such an impression that when I needed a tow the second time around, there was no other service that even crossed my mind to call. As I type this, my car is actually being worked on in their shop. JR showed up shortly after I called AAA to change my tire. He was done and I was back on the road within minutes. Awesome experience. You know, if one has to have a flat tire. 😂
A friend needed her car towed today and called AAA while I waited with her. They sent B & R and even though it was rush hour James came pretty quickly and was so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The car was very difficult to move but he knew exactly how to handle it. In such a stressful situation it was such a blessing to have him there and a less knowledgeable person would not have been able to get the car home in one piece. James you are great!
