Tom and Lindsay went beyond the “call of duty” as my realtors. I was selling my mom’s house remotely. It was an emotional time, and it wasn’t easy staging the house and making repairs from afar. Lindsay and Tom understood and took care of everything. They were available anytime I had a question or needed assistance. We sold the house for more than the comps. I highly recommend them!
I LOVEEE working with Lindsay Riggs of B&R Realty. She goes above and beyond for her clients in ways other Realtors wouldn't even consider doing like staging "herself" so there is no staging charge! She will show property at dang near any time you ask and on a dime!
