We’re about to celebrate a very special anniversary with this company — the one-year mark of waiting for a few small roofing repairs to be finished! Almost a year ago, we were promised a few minor things would be done on our roof. The person who came to do the estimate was great — very professional, gave us a good price, and we paid a $600 deposit. That’s when the real journey began. I had a really scary experience today with one of this company’s fleet vehicles. I was out for a run (broad daylight, no other cars on the road), and a truck from their company flew past me and another woman with barely any room to spare. The driver didn’t even slow down — just barreled past like we weren’t even there. Both of us were completely shaken and immediately asked each other if we were okay. I am a fan of B&R. From the owners who walked us through the whole process to the crew that worked their tails off for a 12+ hour day to get the job done -- they were quality people delivering a quality product and I heartily endorse them. In addition, three years ago at a time when I did NOT need a new roof but DID need a roofing expert to respond to an insurance inquiry, Ray came and got us what we needed.
