Be careful with the cancellations and try to know clearly how much they charge you in case of canceling the insurance, all the questions in writing. Please think twice before contacting this agency for your insurance needs. Nice talking to have you on board and after that you are just a number. Instead to work for their customers this agent is only looking for the almighty dollar number. Many of my friends (business owners) are leaving this broker because of a lack of communication. Always very nice when is about time of your insurance renewal. Stay away !!!!
