Paid in full when we had them survey us on 10/17/22. We received invoices despite paying in full. I left four voicemails and emailed LAST YEAR. I just received another invoice and my calls are being declined. Don't go with them.

What is wrong with the people that work at this place?? They have some of the most unacceptable They're parking lot is not private! If you park on this company's parking lot and they block you in call the cops!! They will lie to you and say that it is a private parking lot when the cop even confirmed that it is not private and there is not a single sign posted anywhere!! I had a three year old with me. Carl was condescending and grumpy, signaling the cost would likely be higher than contract before even coming to property (without me asking). Originally contacted in November and indicated service in January. Signed a contract and waited 3 months for Carl to cancel the week of service because he was overwhelmed by work. Avoid. As mentioned in other reviews, the owner is out to get people, as you can see in response below.
