I waited months for my bridge to be made by B&R dental lab. After two tries, it still did not fit and the color was yellow. I complained to my dentist, and he told me he would not get his money back if we went with another lab. I agreed to pay out of pocket, and he agreed to not use this lab anymore. To make it worse, when I called to complain, the woman who answered suggested that I was trying to get "a free steak dinner". I just didn't want anyone to have my experience. I recommend not to use this lab.
