They sent an incompetent representative to do fall shut down of my water feature. He attempted to disconnect the pump by pounding on a screwdriver lodged against the disconnect with a rock rather than walking back to his truck to get a pair of channel locks. When he couldn't get it lose he picked the whole ************* up and broke it off at the pump. He then left without apologizing. I took the pump to be repaired and they sent me a **** less the cost of fixing the pump. No apology, no consideration. I realize it's hard to... read more
Great planning help, construction, maintenance and communications. They make you feel like a partner. Everyone is courteous, knowledgeable and they care about what they are doing. In this stressful summer with the Covid-19 attack they were knocked off schedule and kept us informed of progress. I strongly recommend them as one of the prime companies in Colorado.
