We recently had a heavy rain and had a small leak in our roof. Balbir was very honest and said our roof was still in good condition. He had found some nails that had popped up and repaired. He had taken pics to show us. We highly recommend him. Thanks Balbir
Installed a roof without putting proper plywood overtop an existing shiplap contrary to BC roofing association guidelines. Nails were also plain roofing nails and were not 2” spiral. During hot / cold contraction expansion seasons, it will cause the nail to back out. The lack of a proper 3/4” plywood underlay installation overtop of the shiplap will void the warranty of the shingles as there isn’t a proper foundation for the nails to bite into if the existing shiplap is cracked or damaged.
