I was going to join a gym AND THEN I started exercising here and the workouts are great, you will see results and you will be stronger and happier, Very positive atmosphere encouraging instructors, convenient location, easy to use app to schedule classes.
We kicked off my sister’s bachelorette party here! It was an absolute blast! The class was so fun, while kicking our butt! If you want a great workout, the kindest instructors, and a class tailored to your fitness level this is the place for you!
I love the energy and encouragement that B Present gives. That makes waking up at 4:15 to workout, not so bad! I love starting my days at B Present ❤️
