There are no suit numbers on entrances or signs/logos with this business's name and no one would pick up the phone. I called 4 times. I was there for my appointment but had no way to get in. What a waste of time

********** I highly recommend B.Pilar Lash Studio! ********* I am so glad I found B.Pilar Lash Studio! I have been to several different lash studio's around Houston, and this one is the best thus far. Bianca does excellent lash work! I explained to her the look I wanted, and she delivered excellent results! Not only that, Bianca is the epitome of a professional business person. She is knowledgable about her craft and provides a great atmosphere and experience.

I’ve been going to this Lash Bar for about a month now. I love the customer service, makes me feel at home. Not to mention, how full and natural my lashes look. My husband wasn’t a fan when I told him I was getting them done, but when he saw them he loved them!

The entire experience was great. The environment was very professional and relaxing. She really took her time and made me feel welcomed. I never thought getting lashes would be something I would want to do but because of this experience alone, I will be going back for my regularly scheduled appointments to keep my lashes looking fabulous!
