My trainer meets us where we are at, she then helps us to attain our goals, and if those goals change she will take the time to coach you how you need to be coached. She has created a community that is growing together. I have brought friends with me and made new ones. People who I might never have the opportunity to meet have become an important part of my life.
I’ve been going to B PFITT for 4 years and absolutely love it! The fixed schedule keeps me accountable. After a long day at work, the last thing I want to do is think about my training program. The trainers make sure I don’t need to worry about anything besides showing up and putting on the work. It’s a great place and I’ve made some great friends! 🥰
