Worst Experience Ever! Mr. Bobby Parker, the contractor and owner, was hardly ever on-site. This led to a VERY poor roofing job. He replaced my sheathing (decking) with 1/4 inch osb while at least 7/16 inch is recommended. My roof had several soft places and he recycled some of the old sheathing while the budget and bill provided for EVERYTHING to be new.
