BP property is great company to rent from especially if you're planning on living in downtown Winchester area. They are quite friendly and professional. Having rented from B.P for several years, I must say that they set a standard of excellence. If I ever had A maintenance issues, their maintenance crew would come out and take care of them promptly and cleanly. Thank you so much BP and I look forward to continuing to rent from you in the future

They only get the money and doesn’t fix anything, if you actually want a good house don’t come here, their house is just trash, and they are rude to you and saying that they will take care of it but they will not. If you get an house from here that means you’re stuck here forever, they will play anything to just keep you here, and you will not be able to move out. They have bugs everywhere, JUST DO NO MOVE IN.

I have been with BP Properties for several years, and have had nothing but a positive experience. The office staff is friendly, and extremely accommodating. Maintenance is prompt, and has never taken more than 24 hours to respond to a call. Overall, one of the best landlord/tenant experiences I've had while living in Winchester.
