I made a big mistake in.my last review. They have taken care of every maintenance request I have asked for. The staff is very friendly and quick to respond. The maintenance man is also very knowledgeable and kind. All in all i definitely suggest renting from them. 10 STARS!!!!!

I wish that I had more stars to give to this company and the people that work there. The employees are kind, respectful and genuinely want you to be happy in your place. It’s one thing for a company to seem great when they want your business, but I believe that the company’s true character is shown when they have you locked into a contract or a lease. I’ve been in my apartment for about two months and I couldn’t be happier. The rent is affordable and my neighbors are friendly. I’m so close to everything downtown, it’s convenient to walk around and enjoy the area. Thank you for all that you do!
BP property is great company to rent from especially if you're planning on living in downtown Winchester area. They are quite friendly and professional. Having rented from B.P for several years, I must say that they set a standard of excellence. If I ever had A maintenance issues, their maintenance crew would come out and take care of them promptly and cleanly.
