I had to call twice to schedule my initial appointment. When I finally got an appointment after talking to the tech the guy never showed up. I called multiple times for an update and got no response. No idea what's wrong here, but they are definitely not running a business.

There must be a new person working at B&P. Based on these wonderful reviews I called to have them come for a couple of hours worth of work. The first appointment was canceled in plenty of time to reschedule in the same week. The second appointment was scheduled for 8:00 A.M., which worked perfectly for my work schedule; however they never showed up.
