RecommendedThe most different and amazing ortho office. I’ve had braces before and I have never had an experience like this. They have games, music, and a modern open look, and kid friendly! They are very affordable!

My daughter and I just had an amazing and fun experience with Dr. Nick. She gets her braces Monday. I really can't express how awesome it was. I opted to pay in full, but he offers very easy payment terms. Check them out.
Dr. B is not only an incredible orthodontist that I trust with my son and his smile...but he also does treatment for cleft lip and palate! Could he be any cooler??!! I think not:). He is an incredibly good person who believes in giving back to Northern Nevada and we are fortunate to have him here:) He is the one orthodontist I recommend to everyone!
Great office! Staff if very friendly and welcoming, felt at home as soon as I walked in. Office is so clean and nice everything is updated. Loved it!!!

Every single person on staff at B Ortho is awesome! The the quality is great and the prices are extremely reasonable (especially considering that they use technology that is not available anywhere else). Dr Bauter has made getting braces a really positive and exciting experience.
