We went to Bâoli Miami with a lot of expectations cause we’ve been to the one in dubai plenty of times. But this one was just too disappointing. We ordered 2 things which was the pork belly bao and salmon Penang curry. The bao was totally undercooked, when we told the server he didn’t do anything about it, not even a courtesy apology or offer to change the dish. The salmon curry was below average. The restaurant is very nice, very beautiful. The food - the dégustation menu - was amazing ! And the service was great as well. The only minus was that we were behind the dj and the music was too loud, we measured it. (120db)
