This place was the best find on our trip to Iowa! One of the best pedicures and gel dip manicures I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot! The ladies were so sweet with my daughters, too, during their pedicure too.
RUN AWAY!!! DO NOT GO HERE. I Made appointment over the phone along for full set colored tips (not white French tips). I brought in a picture and the girl said she couldn't do it. Then, asked me if i wanted dip or shellac. ?? I just want my nails to look like the picture! She ended up going nude dip, then normal paint on the tops. Ok, give. I loved the salon. The staff was so nice They got me in so fast. **Update 5.18 Got a mother's day treat here for mani Pedi After $85 all my nails are lifting less than a week later. However- I asked for Dip Manicure. I had nothing on my hands & i did not want tips applied. Anywhere else Ive requested a manicure, they soak your nails in warm water, clean underneath, push back cuticles, cut cuticles and then polish. Not here. I hate writing bad reviews… but I had a bad experience that this business can learn from. The woman who did my nails did not do a good job, my nails don’t look good and she was so rough with cutting and filing on the sides of my nails that I bled on three fingers. And left with several other nails hurting. And then she added a tip for herself to my bill. I’ve never seen a nail salon automatically add tips before. Not a great experience and I will not be returning.
Absolutely WORST experience and will NOT be back. When I called I made an appointment for almond French tips so that was established on the phone. When it came to do the French tips I was told she couldn’t do it. She kept saying “oh my gosh” and was frustrated. I left with my nails looking like this without a top coat and sticky. Very disappointed first experience at this salon. If you’re unable to do a service just say that from the start.
