Just moved to the area a few months ago and I love coming here! Staff is very friendly and this nail salon is very affordable!
I come in for a full set with white french. The nail tech was friendly but inexperienced. My polish was uneven and not solid for my French. The acrylic went over my cuticle as well.
Leadership is subpar, requested I return on Thursday, im on night shift so i got up early, for correcting a bad and rush job done a couple of days ago, to tell me the nail tech is booked all day, I said can I make an appt for tomorrow, no appt on weekend, its Friday? You have to sit and wait, whenever we get to you. So wake up again early to sit for a bad job you and your colleague did, and to not want to make it right to keep your customer, bad service, bad emotional intelligence, poor insight.
