They are always up charging for something. Never mind the fact their prices are already high. I was charged extra for length. & my nails were NOT long. Since when is there an up charge for medium length nails?! Then the guy NEVER communicated that. & they still charged me. Nail shops are ridiculous. Do better. I see why ppl go to private nail ppl. The nail techs here always do an amazing job! I always get builder gel and my sets always last more than 4 weeks without any problems. I showed the tech a picture of what I wanted and she was able to replicate it down to the tiniest detail. 100/10. Highly recommend!
