I would like to first state I have been coming here since they first opened and I use to love them. I have recommended this place to multiple people that have either stopped me or inquire about my nails. But for Mother’s Day weekend experience ruined this place for myself and my mom. The way my 65 year old mom was treated was unacceptable. It appears that during this weekend the prices were either hiked or the techs were money hungry. I love the atmosphere and that B NAIL can accommodate lots of customers at one time. Little to no waiting for service, online booking with your favorite nail specialist. I absolutely love Abby, she's thorough with my pedicures and she's a great artist. Customer service is great.
Edit: I did return to get my nails done again, the person was much better and knew what she was doing, however, I do not know her name. My daughter’s nails are always perfect so no problem with hers. The only thing is, is when the lady called me about my experience she stated they would take care of my nails on my next visit and they didn’t, I did get $10 off though. We go here a lot to get manicures and pedicures and the service is always really nice! Even if it seems crowded you will get serviced really fast. We went Mother’s Day weekend and they even provided food for everyone. We arrived about 10am and were around 12:30pm for fullsets and pedicures; which was perfect for us.
