I'm a 53-year-old man and this guy's shop is about two houses down from me. So I left my cutter with this guy for 6+ weeks just to sharpen the blades and he never did anything. So since he obviously wasn't planning on servicing my cutter within a reasonable timeframe, I called him to get my equipment back.
