B & N Auto body has been in business for over 40 years for a reason ! I had a bumper panel replaced after being rear ended. I can’t thank the team here enough. We were in a pinch with a tight deadline, and they squeezed us into their schedule without hesitation. On top of that, they made sure not to rush the job they took the extra time to source the exact part needed to do the fix right. Their attention to detail, honesty, and commitment to quality are top-tier. Truly a standout shop!

I stopped by to get a quote only because I was at a store across the street. Bruce spent a lot of time with me explaining the problem and quoted me a great price (compared to the dealership). He was also able to get the needed part right away (when the dealership said it was back ordered). We also talked about a problem with my other vehicle which B&N Auto fixed for less than half the price of the dealership. Great to have both of my vehicles running properly for a great price. Buisness owner is aggressive, confrontational, and eager to escalate. Would never want to take my business there given this is the level of professionalism they exhibit over minor issues. I can only imagine the level of aggression they would show if they were dealing with actual bill or work/buisness conflicts.

Amazing experience! Bruce was extremely helpful with the whole process. Having gotten into our first accident he walked us through all the steps from dealing with our insurance to what exactly will be fixed. He and his team did a phenomenal job as now our car looks brand new. But even if the repairs happened to be average (which they weren't) we would still recommend anyone going through repairs, especially for the first time and with insurance involved, to come here solely for the great and comforting customer experience.
