I scheduled an appointment for a gel manicure, but when I arrived I asked to switch to a polish change since my cuticles didn’t need any work. I was told that was fine. The price difference between the two services is only $5, so this shouldn’t have been an issue. What is an issue is being told at checkout that polish changes are not allowed to be booked by appointment and must be done as walk-ins only. It was a pretty good pedicure, it has lasted my whole cruise and longer. It only took her 20 min so I felt like she was rushing. Didn’t love feeling rushed. And it was an expensive 20 min. I’m not sure why prices are so high for simple mani/pedi’s these days

Got my nails done here a couple weeks ago. TWO of my nails were crooked and she just said it needed to be filed right then charged me extra for "special shape"..it was just round square.. Nothing special about it, she was just trying to fix her mistake. Edited to add does this look almond?! No. I do not like almond I did not ask for almond.
