Purchased a spa pedicure with gel polish and manicure with regular nail polish. I am profoundly disappointed. The gentleman that tended to me did not understand me at all. He was scattered, did not have all of his tools needed and did not seem to know what he was doing. Edit: tried Bmore nails again today to have my daughter’s nails taken off and then just a kids manicure and regular polish. I attached a picture to show what it looked like. I paid the $40 then came home and took it off, and painted it myself… Review from a couple of years ago: When I took my 3 girls in to get manicures and pedicures, I specifically told them that my 2 younger girls just wanted nails and toes painted, no gel. I’ve been here before and had decent experiences. I treated myself as well as two other guests to gel pedicures today and was unimpressed. They rushed through the entire appointment. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. My friend wanted a gel polish with a different gel glitter on top and the tech said she couldn’t do that. My other friend dealt with a rude tech (owner I believe) that would just shove her feet down instead of asking nicely to place her feet flat. Super disappointed. Not coming back.
