Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Yes, I wasn't comfortable at all Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? No, they aren't known for being skillful

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? No, I don't think they cared whether I showed up or not Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect
