Dr. Tafazoli *can* get you in-and-out quickly *if* that's what you want, but he will also discuss the what and why of everything *and* do so as if you are a human being with emotions and a brain in their skull, not at all talking down to you. He may have a strikingly casual bedside manner, but that may have been because I was younger when I first started seeing him. My doctor is one of the best in Huntsville. He is upbeat, kind, and caring. Most of all, he listens to the needs of his patients. He has a wonderful personality and a determination to fix my health needs. The staff is great, and the wait time is average.
I have had a number of sleep doctors and Dr.Tafazoli is by far the BEST!! I pray he does not retire anytime soon. He has plenty of personal and professional knowledge when it comes to sleep disorders including narcolepsy. He is also continually gaining new up-to-date knowledge to keep clients informed which I admire.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. T. He sees my son for his Narcolepsy and it’s a testament when an emo 15 year old male actually states that he likes his doc. I saw Dr. T for myself today and always he was so kind, fun to talk to and has great bed side manner. Being a previous nurse I can appreciate a doctor who is relatable and Dr. T is.
MY review is regarding the poor customer service of this Office.I got yelled ( just because she could not hear well at the phone) .she did not apologize and the background noise seemed like to be in a chicken farm not a doctor office.I cancelled my appointment .My first impression was the unwelcoming voice at this office.
