I lived at 2200 Columbia pike apartments Most days there was no hot water. You had to let it run for 15 to 20 minutes to get lukewarm water, which was not alway successful. If you put a work order in for the hot water, it was just closed out and they noted on the ticket that they were aware. several months went by and it was still not fixed. This company is one of the worst property managers. They do not maintain their buildings, and the staff they hire to run their buildings are completely unprofessional. If you see that they run a building you’re looking into, skip it.

It's one of the worst property management companies ever. I have lived in 2121 Columbia Pike Apt for 3yrs and before leaving we have maintained all the lease agreement as in documented and suddenly they have come up with nation credit systems and affected my account telling that we have not maintained lease terms and we have to pay upto 4600 for no reason. Such a cheaters and worst management no one answers your calls later jus taking innocent people's money.
