I’m so glad I took the time to read all the reviews on the contentious generic replies from management, that never offered anything except an apology and a sarcastic thank you for expressing concerns. Renting from Legacy Home Management, which appears to be owned by B&M, was by far the worst experience Ive ever had. First, the property manager did not show up on move-in day and did not call until 3 hours later. Then, I discovered there was not a garbage can for the apartment and one was never delivered. I spent an entire year walking my trash to neighbors cans because my landlord wouldn't pay the 50 dollar installation fee with the city. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My wife and I moved from out of state and found the apartment uninhabitable — no in-unit laundry as advertised, strong odors, and very poor maintenance. The rent was advertised at $1,300/month, yet we are paying $1,700 for a much lower-quality unit than promised. When we raised these concerns, staff asked why we accepted the unit. I’m a vendor for their property Traditions at South. Work here if you like working for free. Over $13k past due and the numbers to call corporate is a dead end. Great for investors who want to make great profits, they don’t pay bills so it’s all theirs. Call the office if you want to leave a message for a dead end. Read the other reviews and research this crap company. I don’t know how they even have 2 stars this company is embarrassing.
