Had numerous repairs being done on my house. I had a problem with every contractor, either not showing up, or ghosting me after starting, to doing such I terrible job I had to have someone else come in and try to fix their mess. In addition, I needed a new garage door. Upon getting estimates, one company pushed on the garage and it moved. He told me I would have to have the garage secured before they could install the door. The service was excellent this is not my first purchase with B&B they are my go to for Garage Doors or anything to do with doors.
B & M garage doors has been providing me service for over 25 years for two different homes. The family owned business is fast, efficient and quick to accommodate if a problem occurs.
They attempted to charge me $100 to deactivate my garage opener from my car. The the owner hung up on me when I called them out about it. Horrible customer service. Will never use them or recommend.
