Worst experience ever in life! Sat there for over an hour for terrible job had to have her remove it! I have been to a lot of shitty nail salons but this is genuinely one of the worst I have ever been to. I got a French pedicure so should’ve been simple but they couldn’t even accomplish that. Outside of the awful job on the French itself, the technique they use is so bad for your nails. Literally just grind into your nail bed with the drill so aggressively, blatantly messing up your nails. I had such a great experience with Lynn! She was incredibly meticulous and patient, making sure every detail of my pedicure was perfect. I really appreciated how she took her time, nothing ever felt rushed. When we were trying a new color, she checked in with me before moving forward to make sure I was happy with the choice, which made me feel really comfortable and cared for. Omg the owner and staffs are terrible and rude big time I tried talk with owner to write down I don't understand what she said I kept told her several times I'm deaf can't hear or talk please write she neglect my commication and frustration she charged me 82 dollar myself alone she didn't explain I told her I just want simple nail regular she decide charge me more it not right so the owner will krama please don't go there I won't go there ever again no more I'm so done with them and the owner
