Kept getting mysterious window charges. Our windows ended up being "open" while we weren't home and there was supposedly photo evidence, but we weren't allowed to see it ever. Never mind the fact all of these documented occurances happened while we were at work and I have cats who would gladly escape. All of those bogus charges went against my credit score after the hundreds of dollars in "debts" were immediately sold to creditors. 2 times now they kept my deposit for no reason. Apartment was more clean when I left than when I signed a lease. Slumlords.
Absolutely terrible customer service from the lady that answers the phone (Peggy), extremely rude, screams when you call in with regular questions. Talks to you like you are a 3 year old. A person like that should never be hired. Apartment had a basement leak that destroyed personal belongings and no one ever fixed it. 0 out of 5, stay away.
Absolutely do NOT recommend. Our bathtub never drained and had grey and brown sludge coming up from the pipes. Complete health hazard and they never bothered to fix it despite multiple maintenance requests. Not to mention there were always creepy men loitering by the woods/dumpsters staring at me when I'd go outside at night. We also had to constantly call the police on our neighbors who would scream at each other and throw things in the middle of the night EVERY NIGHT for hours.
Update: we have been sprayed for roaches twice and we are still finding them. The exterminator said the whole building should be done but they refuse to have them do it. The upstairs neighbors living room will be right above your bedroom. I hear my neighbors tv through these thin walls all night. If you are a light sleeper this place will be a nightmare for you.
