I had a problem with my new faucet that a family member installed (not flowing properly). Man came out, diagnosed it as a factory flaw in the faucet, and since he couldn't help he didn't even charge me for the service call! I returned the faucet, got a better one, and it works as intended. You couldn't help me, and I couldn't have been happier about not getting a bill for that. The integrity won me over!
