Tried to drop off a riding Craftsman mower and they refused to take it. The sign said that there was a 5 week wait and when they refused, I said I would wait longer if need be. I was told they wouldn't take it because they were to busy. I moved to this area 4 years ago and used B&L exclusively even though acquaintances warned against it. Until now, the service and the work has been top notch. I took the mower to a place in Ozark and it was fixed in two days. I highly recommend B&L Outdoor Power Equipment. They took the time to treat me as a customer that had value to them, they were well versed on their products and gave me a good price with free delivery to my drive way, which is 30 miles away.
The people at B & L are the best - they fix our lawn mower, weed eaters, and our chain saw.
