I would like to give a big shout out to Bradley agent Id#bi2049. He really went above and beyond in helping us with issues with our account. He was very patient and listen to our concerns and worries about our problem with our phones and service we were receiving(or not receiving). We came in for an expected time frame of maybe 30 minutes tops but did not leave until it was over 3 hours with him finding a solution to our issues. I am writing this review as a result of the experience my grandmother recently had when she traded in her phone with Siam H. The transaction included adding an extra line to her account. When she asked about it he said he will take it off later.

Yesterday, 11/6/2023 I went to this location where I always do business. I had run over my phone. The last thing I wanted to do was start the process of what were my options in getting a new phone if that was even possible. Shopping for new eqjuipment can often be painful; theres so much to go through in picking out and afffordability. We were greeted promptly at the door by Chris. He was very friendly and clearly knew how to do his job well. He helped us upgrade our phones and helped us get everything transferred over to the new ones. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Chris! We will always ask for him.
