I have rented from B&L several times. I am currently living in one of their units now in Columbia Tusculum. there is nothing anyone can say about B&L this is the only landlord that I have ever had where I don’t have any problems they’re always on time with maintenance and the company is the best company there is. If anyone has a problem with this company trust me it’s not the company. It’s the person.
