Bought my first car out of state from the internet, sight unseen. Living in Texas, I was concerned about rust on a car from up north. Josh very quickly showed the excellent rust free condition of the car via Facetime. I had attempted to buy an almost identical car from 2 other dealerships but was not impressed by their process. Josh was very professional and we quickly had a deal. Just returned from a 500 mile trip and the car was flawless. I highly recommend B & L Auto, and would buy again.
Incredible customer service and honest company. I bought a vehicle from out of state using a few videos showing the condition in a virtual tour. Josh is a great communicator and made the entire process so easy. This company is fabulous to deal with.
I purchased a used 2015 Parklan Edition 686 Scion xB two days ago from Rick and Josh at B&L. I found the rare car online through one of their many social networking avenues. I live in Daytona Beach, Florida and spoke with Josh at length about the car one week prior trying to figure out the easiest solution for purchasing and delivering. This dealership is the best I've been to. The guys there are straightforward especially with their prices and they provide great customer service and quality vehicles. They even refunded my deposit after I decided not to make a purchase which says a lot about their character. I definitely recommend them and will visit again.
