Run!!! After living in our home for a few months we had issues with water backing up in master shower, tub, and toilet. No resolution and they brushed it off month after month and during 11 month walk through. Still during warranty brought up issue and no responses. Recently we had a major leak in two areas of our home in the kitchen and garage water pouring from light fixtures and down walls.
