BK provides the warranty work on Hayward Color Logic lights on my pool, which was just redone in February 2015. These lights are sold under the premise that they will last 10 years. First light went out in early May, quickly followed by a second light. I have spent the last 8 weeks waiting for the lights to be fixed. Finally, the company that redid my pool fixed the first light (out of their pocket). NOT A HAPPY HAYWARD CUSTOMER, THEY SEND ME TO BK POOLS FOR A PART THATS UNDER WARRANTY, THIS WARRANTY CENTER WANTS TO CHARGE ME 99.00 TO COME OUT TO REPLACE THE PART. THEY DO NOT ALLOW ME TO GO JUST SWITCH OUT THE BAD PART WHICH WAS ALREADY FOUND TO BE BAD BY THE HAYWARD COMPANY TECH. THIS IS REALLY A RIP OFF AND VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I JUST NEED TO SWITCH OUT A CELL. I DONT NEED THEM TO INSTALL IT. ITS ONLY A PLUG IN PART, NO BIG SIENCE. BUT THEY WANT TO ABUSE US CUSTOMERS.
