I am leaving this plumbing company a one star review because clearly they do not care about the quality of their service. My aunt who is elderly and in a wheelchair had a problem with her water heater they sent somebody out to come and fix it. they took the old water heater out without it being covered drug it through her house, ruined her floors and her porch. The WORST absolute bottom of the barrel garbage. These crooks sent an UNLICENSED plumber to replace my toilet. Next day, my wooden floorboards would squelch water from under my feet. Water everywhere. It stunk. Hired a Facebook plumber to tell us what was wrong. Turns out, he used to work for B & K and quit for how bad they treated him. Had an issue with a cracked pipe in the ceiling. Brian came out and move quickly to repair it. Need to cut the drywall, drain the water do the tap. He never stop moving. It was like And orchestrated event. Chatted with him he cares about his family his company very much it instilled within me a belief and the younger generation, don’t hesitate give these people a call. Just do it.
We had service today and I couldn't be more satisfied. A shower head snapped off behind the wall. He was able to do the repair without having to remove any tiles. He was polite, professional and fast and the charge was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.
Excellent customer service. Dave replaced hot water tank quickly and professionally. I definitely recommend
