The owner of this plumbing, Bill King, is racist and doesn't like people of color at all. He will charge more for minorities. He thinks people of color are stupid and can/should be overcharged. If u r not white, don't even think of hiring this bigot. Even if u r white, he will charge u more than other plumbers. This plumber doesn't really like to do plumbing. He is in it to get rich,so u will no doubt fall victim to him. I couldn't name a worse plumber than him at all.
This plumber tries to rip u off in whatever way he can. He doesn't know how to communicate well with customers either. He acts like he is doing customers favor. Very unappreciative and rude too. In my case he overcharged me to begin with. He charged me $ 140 for parts that would otherwise cost him only $60 at home depot. Yes, I did go to Home Depot and found it out what the part actually cost. He didn't do a good job either. I had wanted him to fix leak in my bathroom, but after spending $400, it still leaked.
