Last nigth I had very experience at Normandy Park Salon. My toe nails look like 5 years painted them. Service was very friendly, but no quality work. I have to go out of town tonight and at same time I have go back and ask to correct something that s/b done correctly at the first time. I'm sorry, but I will NEVER go there again. Luba

I have been going to BK Nails for a few months now, and I refuse to go elsewhere. The staff is amazing and always very happy and helpful... not to mention the great job they do! The owner is very sweet and takes great care of her customers. Not only do I go to BK Nails faithfully every 2 weeks but so does my mother and my boyfriend! My boyfriend has never had a manicure or pedicure but thanks to the great staff and peaceful environment he absolutely loved it and joins me every two weeks. Do Not, I repeat Do Not get eyelash extensions at this salon. I went in for a fill, and she put glue all over my beautiful eyelashes. So much that glue went into my eyes, and they are all stuck together. Now I have to go in and have them removed. All I wanted were a few lashes added to the outside of my eyes, and she put glue everywhere. Isn't there some kind of certification for lash extensions???

I went to this business to treat myself to a pedicure. My teenage daughter came with me because she thought about getting a pedicure as well. She did not feel comfortable when we entered the business so decided to just wait while I got mine done. While the employee was painting my toe nails, she came over to ask me a question. The employee dropped a bottle of nail polish and got it all over my daughters pants and shoes. One of the other employees tried to get the polish off of my daughters clothing with no success.
