As of 9/29/19, an entire month later neither Cobblestone management or LBK management has contacted me regarding a charge I received on my final statement when I moved out. There was a charge for $120.00 for bent blinds replacement, when I asked was this charged written in error no one responded. I lived in Cobblestone for 2 years so I'd say that was normal wear and tear on my unit especially with having children. I will agree to paying something, but $120.00 for blinds that cost no more than $10.00 is a bit far fetched. I w... read more

I'm not someone who complains indiscriminately. I understand that no one's perfect. That being said, this management group and the multi-family dwellings they oversee are beyond slum lord quality. I'm not looking at this through the eyes of an uneducated person who doesn't understand tenant and landlord legalities. I have a law degree. This management agency and their properties have a reputation for continuous negligence and unprofessional behavior.
