Water heater broke on New Year's Eve. Called first thing on Jan. 2, and my new heater was installed that day.
Bill is the definition of professional! Everytime he comes out, I feel like a member of the family. Response time is always quick, and he really goes the extra mile! I've been working with him for years and he has always been fair with his prices! I love this company! They are so friendly and helpful. I have hired other companies before to come to my house, but, was disappointed and treated very rudely. When my daughter was a couple months old My AC broke on one of the hottest days of the year and I could not get anyone to come out on Emergrncy including the company I had been using.
