Sat for25 minutes after button was pushed to order food. Better yet, getting to watch people that pulled up 15 minutes after you get their food.
My experience here in the last few yrs is the simple fact of OVERPRICED TO EXTREMES.... not to mention my daughter just started her first job here after the owner offered her the job almost 6 months ago. Shes worked a total of 5days and the woman can't even b professional enuf to talk to my daughter but sends her a text firing her for the only reason given "that fast food isnt cut out for everyone"!! Today is the third time we ordered food to go and again it was completely wrong. We love the convenience of a place so close to home but to be honest we won't be back. So right now Jeremy is there trying to get them to fix it. Our potato wedges are undercooked and not crispy at all. At the same time our fried pickles are overcooked. Very bummed. Third strike and we are done. No older people working all young kids as far as we could see.
Fast friendly service every time. Food is always correct fresh and delicious and with such a mixture on the menu everyone is sure to get something they like. By far the best place in Rochester to get you away from the normal fast food. Would give 10 stars if I could.
