They know how to do the work well. Excellent results. Some improvement in communications would be helpful.
Their bid came in $1200 under their competitor. The job was done to my satisfaction. Unfortunelty with concrete you don't know if they did a good job after you go thru a couple of freeze/thaw cycles.
Probably did fine work just needs to do better job outlining the plan and communicating and following up.
