septic puddles in yard, charged 2K to repair just to find out he came out while no one was home and claimed to blow air in the soil. He never took the cover off the tank or he would have seen a missing baffle. the puddles never drained and I had the tank repaired by a professional for 1,500.

Highly questionable individual. He does not respond to calls or text messages, cannot say exactly when he will get to a job, dodges questions on warranty, cannot follow simple instructions, and works without insurance. Watch out if you need pump parts; he will way overcharge you. Find an actual professional.
He is reliable and is straight forward about anything that your system needs. Gives a warranty on pumps and repairs. They where cheaper than several companies we called.
