Called these people about having my tank inspected due to recurring issues 4 months apart. I was told they couldn't inspect without first pumping. I advised that the tank was just pumped back in April of this year. After a bit of dialogue with the female rep (don't remember her name), I stated that I wanted this done so that I could have something to take back to another septic company that may have performed improper work on the tank back in April. The guys were professional. The only reason I gave them 3 stars out of 5 is because when they started the job they did not come prepared. As soon as they started pumping they realized thier tank was full. Leaving to dump their tank and come back an hour later was very time consuming (3 +hours). Once they returned, their tank got clogged up and made a huge mess on my yard as they disconnected the hose. They started to blame the client they cleaned out prior to coming to my residence. That was exactly my experience with them, enough said.I will not hesitate to call on them again or recommend them to anyone else in need.
