I found this appraiser to be inefficient. He relied on info from short term tenants when appraising my house instead of contacting me. According to Mr. Jackson he is "by law" not allowed to contact the owner. His appraisal was unrealistic and prejudicial. If you are trying to get a loan, make sure your institution does NOT use this guy.
