I'm HOA president at complex where they installed a new roof on one of our buildings. It was installed 13 years ago and it's already failed. The sheathing is rippling from leaks. We have to replace large sections of the roof now.
I am really surprised B&J Roofing only has 5 reviews. B&J Roofing came highly recommended by my neighbors. I needed 5-10 vent caps replaced due to the originals being plastic and cracking. The B&J estimator came and looked at my roof and gave me a fair quote. The estimator also did not try to upsell me on anything unless I asked for it which was great.
