Joe Rosenbarger was quick to respond to my call. He is a real problem solver when it comes to flat roofs. I have an 1890s Victorian house and there were signs of water coming in around the turret. Joe advised a new silicone sealant that is good for 20 years. He got that done in 3 days from our meeting. I have used his service since 2015 for various box gutter problems and other roofing issues. Had a leak in a new roof no one could seem to find. B&J came out and fixed me up with no problem. I was happy with the cost of the repair and please to save the expense of replacing part of my roof. Wish I had called them in the first place.
