Honestly this is the worst company I've ever rented from. Largely because of the delusional people that they actually allow to hold resident manager positions. I live above one such nut job who formerly held it in this building, I can't even clear my throat without getting a bang on the floor. I can't listen to music, watch TV, use my nebulizer, vacuum, anything during daytime hours unless she's gone. I also caught her messing around with my door. I complained to the management company about my building manager several times. They told me my issues are between me and the manager of the building. I had talked to the building manager about the sliding glass door that was jammed open, the dishwasher that made my dishes dirty, and my neighbor downstairs who insisted upon playing his bass very loudly at 2am.
